DaWayne Cleckley is President and Founder of Strategic Arc Limited, where he advises leaders and organizations navigating growth, change, and important strategic decisions. With more than two decades of experience spanning organizational strategy, marketing, change management, media, and executive leadership, DaWayne has built his career around helping organizations understand where they are, see what others may be missing, and create a practical path toward where they need to go.
His work often sits at the intersection of strategy, organizational structure, communications, and implementation. He helps leaders understand how decisions across an organization influence one another, bringing clarity to complexity and creating alignment around priorities, action, and progress.
Through Strategic Arc, DaWayne works extensively with mission-driven organizations, including community health centers, public media organizations, credit unions, and nonprofits. He has led strategic planning and organizational transformation initiatives, developed new approaches to revenue and market growth, advised executive leaders through periods of change, and helped organizations strengthen how they communicate their value to the communities they serve. His work has included national organizations, as well as regional and community institutions across the country.
Before founding Strategic Arc, DaWayne held executive and leadership positions across multiple sectors. He has also served as an instructor at Erie Business School and PennWest Edinboro University, teaching subjects including media, human resources, and organizational behavior.
A U.S. Army veteran, DaWayne brings a strong sense of service to his work and believes strategy is ultimately about people: understanding them, bringing them together around a shared direction, and building organizations capable of turning that direction into meaningful action. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring food and music and continues developing his skills as a musician.
